Which was the last match we played Sahko & Valencia up top with Downing in behind them?

Always backed BFS but his insistance on playing Nolan at every opportunity however badly he plays and however badly it effects the team (which it does) is getting on my nerves now and cleary affecting performances.

The only highlight of the 2nd half was when someone thought 'fuck this bollocks' and sparked up a fat spliff.

Andy Carroll's having a party.
Bring along your weed and charlie.

Looked pretty good the first 25/30 mins, until Collins got injured, and Liverpool smelled blood then. I think seeing Collins limping around gave them a big incentive to go for the throat, whereas they had looked a bit nervy until then.

Jenkinson was a big miss too, as was Nolan and Amalfitano, could have done with those two turning up. Song was much better, but still well short of the quality we were getting used to, and he made too many fouls. He was lucky to stay on the pitch as he did anough for about three yellow cards.

53 years of hurt, FFS!

I can take losing to Liverpool but not the way Allardyce loses. I really thought SA had turned a corner earlier in the season and said so on here. Even complimented the bloke.

He hasn't turned any corners at all though has he? He was just lucky that Nolan and Carroll were out injured so we had to use Sakho and Valencia with Downing playing them in. Now I see why Rodgers wanted Andy out of Liverpool. The team plays to his strengths rather than what works best.

And as for Nolan pushing Downing wide.... Well what can I add that hasn't already been said a million times before. Please G&S don't renew his contract!

I totally agree with the last 11 posters.

Summed up:
Nolan is dogshit 💩
BFS is a gutless chicken 🐔

Stirling

Totally agree with you.

All the silence from the club is ridiculous. Its not as if we are challenging for the title and dont want to give away anything to a rival ffs.

Question.

What kind of fat fucking moron believes losing 1-0 is a scoreline worth defending?

Answer

That fat fucking cunt Allardyce. Why the fuck did I bother spunking out to watch his predictable gutless tripe? I fucking hate him.

Just got in as been to a gig after the game

First 20 mins very lively with Enner looking good, I must admit I thought he we go at last we have a chance at Anfield.

Rest of half they were on top but apart from Markovics sitter they didn't really have too many openings.

Second half in a nutshell, dogshit. Just not good enough. Sam made a ridiculous substation and obviously Nolan should have been taken off not morgan. We let in 2 shit goals by not closing down the man on the ball and end up with 3 players injured.

Bad day at the office after such a promising start.

Please Sam, drop fucking Nolan as it is pissing off 99% of the fans, he is doing next to nothing and we are sliding down the table!!!!

Why is everything so cloak and dagger at the moment? Last minute drop outs, no updates on injuries, bizarre transfer/loan deals...it's not like we are involved in high level international games is it? West ham fans are the last to know are treated like a bunch of mugs. Re Nolan - the fans deserve a Fckg explanation now.

It was always going to happen" as soon as Nolan and Carroll were fit they were always going to be shunted back in the side regardless of form .allardyce doesn't do change .

Re: Liverpool v West Ham - Official Match Thread 2-0 FT
welll....l. in the pantheon on non performances, how fucking risibly bad were morgan & nolan today- they truly, imho did nothing of note or that i can recall, all the time they were on the pitch

the game was there to be won in the first 20, we backed off and there you go

excuses about injuries are just that. excuses.

why not downing tip of the diamond. indeed

why play nolan when he's wacthing the game go by

this is what we're paying the 13th highest salary IN THE WORLD for, remember!

second ha;f was the worst ive seen us away all season...back to last season and worse.

ive got news for you--it aint getting better any time soon ..

He played at the tip of a diamond for large parts of the game today, it's just we didn't have the ball much.

A journo could simply ask ..
Why when West Ham were so effective with Downing at the head of a diamond which received great praise ... Have you dispensed with this?

Have always thought the standard of journalism and punditry is banal and cowardly in these matters.
A direct question on the use of Downing and Nolan is an obvious one. Never asked
